If you are not satisfied with your items, you can return them for a 50% refund (excluding shipping) to the original payment method, or 100% store points (excluding shipping) on one time basis.
B. Manufacturing error：
After verification, we will remake the products for you at no charge, or provide 100% refund to the original payment method, or 100% store points on one time basis.
90-Day Warranty:
Our 90-Day Warranty means Customers are eligible for a one-time replacement product within 90 days. A replacement product will only be issued if there are clear defects in material and workmanship.

B. After 30 DAYS to 90 DAYS
WaterSportSale.com may ship a new product charging the customer 50% of the cost of the item plus shipping fees

Excursion pro and Explorer
By ColoradoWoodsman March 14, 2022All in all I'm very pleased with both. If you can afford it buy the Excursion Pro over the Explorer. The excursion just feels and looks like a much higher end kayak than the explorer.
