It's an inflatable.

High quality

Real low-cost vinyl film kayaks were a little too flimsy for me, so I ordered this, made from textile reinforced PVC rubber. I haven't taken it to the lakeside yet, but I must say I was surprised by the solid quality of the boat feel and the stack of equipment available.
